Sea Grant Association Bylaws Article 1 - Offices Section 1. Principal; Office. The principal office of Sea Grant Association (referred to as the "Corporation") shall be located within or without the State of Rhode Island. The Corporation may have such other offices as the Board of Directors may determine or as the affairs of the Corporation may require. Section 2. Registered Office. The Corporation shall have and continuously maintain in the State of Rhode Island, a registered office and a registered agent whose office is located at such registered office. The address of the registered office may be changed by the Board of Directors.
